Mafia: Definitive Edition is an action-adventure video game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K Games. A remake of the 2002 video game Mafia, it was announced in May 2020 and is scheduled for release in September 2020 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is set within a redesigned version of the fictional city of Lost Heaven (based on Chicago) in the 1930s, and follows the rise and fall of taxi driver-turned-mobster Tommy Angelo within the Salieri crime family.
Conceived as a full remake of the original, Mafia: Definitive Edition was built from the ground up with new assets and an expanded story, although missions and arcs from the original game are carried over. But i do have a few bullets and points. So here’s the thing. I was gonna try to do this organically.
But i felt like it’d be better if i just read these off so i don’t forget because i know that once i start playing the game. I’m gonna get like immersed and uh anyways here we go. It’s rebuilt from the ground up remake of the original mafia.
It’s got an updated script with new dialogue. I didn’t know that actually uh expanded backstories and additional cutscenes. The upgrade of realism for the city lost haven.
Not haven heaven excuse. Me uh. Compelling characters and story period.
Authentic cars. And the game. Engine.
Mechanics have also all been updated. So i didn’t know it had additional cutscenes that’s kind of cool anyways. You guys are amazing.
