You can just use the app to track your brushing. So every time you brush. It will log it on your phone and then you collect points and badges and also it develops a streak as well.
Which is a useful thing because when you develop streets and you re less likely to break that street in the middle. And so it will encourage you to brush and every single day for twice a day. So you don t miss so you don t break your streak. And also it s got flossing reminders as well and mouthwash reminders.
So a lot of people after they brush them in forget. And then it ll just ping out that oh don t you ve lost. Today or have you used mouthwash and then you can just type. Yes or no you can also share your locks with your dentist.

If you want and also collects badges as well so when you ve got kids that might motivate them more to brush. It s also got six modes on this to four so you can use it s got your daily clean your deep clean lighting mode sensitive mode gold pets also got a tongue cleaning mode and so that s useful if you use them um another really good feature of this toothbrush is the pressure sensor so it prevents you from brushing.
Too hard. Which can damage the gums and us also where the enamel away so when you it s too hot. It actually goes red and also if you do push too hard. It can t spin effectively so you re not actually going to benefit.

If you want it just works like a normal to pursue you don t have to take your phone with you every time. And you can use the different features so switch on residual power button. You can customise this ring color. If you want which is quite nice so if you want to have it pink or blue or whatever.
That s fine. So yeah just change the modes you just press the down arrow. He s very powerful. I would recommend you use the app.
Because it is useful and so that you know how to brush firstly using the electric toothbrush because if you ve just gone from manual. So i m just going to set that off and then you clip your phone into it so once you ve set it to off if you want to use the position detection open the menu button you press piece of detection and then just click. If you re doing the timer or position to section serve precision detection is if you want to learn how to brush correctly make sure you don t miss any areas outs. And really focus the brushing and also another useful feature is you can add on here. The dentists can add on here focused care.
So that i just can input. Where they want you to spend extra time so and you gotta set up the camera first so align your face and then it s just looking for my toothbrush press that button to connect it and um just about brushing. So..

I m gonna do so. Here. We can see the precision detection. Working.
The outside flew line around the circle. Is where the toothbrush is located in the mouth and the area where it s going white. Is where you re brushing and the progress. The time so once you ve completed that area it goes completely white and then you move on to the next zone.
So the mouth is split into six zones. So we call them sex sense. So now that the front area and unfortunately the position detection cannot detect it if you re on the app or on lower area. It just does those together.
And so once you ve completed that area it goes white and then again we move on to the next zone. Now when you ve completed the area. If there s any focused care zone programmed. It will ask you to do this once you ve completed that zone.
So now it s asking you to do the highlighted area for an extra ten seconds and once i ve done that then i can move on so it s just as extra focused care. So there s another little tip on the bottom. Now is asking me to brush along the gum line. So there s just another little tip to remind me where i need to focus on and again.
Here is some more focus areas to work on so this is the inside surfaces another area that s commonly missed so on this last zone. There was a little note that flashed up then that same as an impacted wisdom tooth in this area and we need to spend some extra time in this zone. So i m gonna stop that now because i think there s enough videos of me brushing my teeth on the internet. So if you feel really clean um um.
So what you might thing on the oops. The video. There that and there s a few things that pointed that flashed up so they re really useful so they re the focused care areas. So that s where your dentists can tell you which areas you need to brush morons.
Quite useful. So it doesn t make you brush those areas and focus on those areas so i do quite like that feature. But it is a bit of a faff you know setting it up email with the position detection with the camera holder and the app and everything. But once you ve got it set up and used it a few times and you will learn how in a way you need to brushing you remember those hours and eventually you probably won t need to use it as much okay.
And when you don t need to use as much you can just use it on the standard timer. So. The timer is the same thing as the precision detection..

Except. You don t need to use the camera. It just um. It shows you the areas that you need to brush and so you just follow the timer when you miss brush and it s also at the bottom.
It s got some facts for you to read and to keep it entertained so if you get bored you can just read some facts with and photos you can look at tips and also you can link it to yours. But if i think and listen to music while your brush look at the weather check the calendar. So yeah okay we can put some music on that s not working um. So a few things there just to keep you motivated.
So that you ve brushed. Because two minutes is actually quite a long and time mystical. They don t brush long enough. So i would use that and then the other things is a fun zone.
Which is and then reflect tweet after you ve brushed. So and that s quite some pickets and that s there s also settings that you can change so the focus of care settings. There s goals as well if you want to work on your gums after you want whiter teeth and you want to be brushing daily. That kind of thing you can set goals on that so you can also check your progress.
See how many days you ve brushed fall. And how many sessions. You ve missed how long you spent on so. It s quite good just like any other activity tracker like you re tracking your steps.
Or tracking your food. Why not track your brushing habits. As well. So it s especially useful if you re not already brushing twice a day every day and to track.
It is useful because it just gives you a visual representation of where you need what you re what you re doing. And where you need to be and if you see a nice long line of stroup s you don t want to break that so psychologically. It is useful and average.
