Now recently whatsapp. Updated their app. And introduced video. Calling.
In it. So i thought why not make a video comparing whatsapp with skype duo and facebook video coding now. According to me all of these four apps are really famous when it comes to video calling. Now.
I did not include face time in this video. Because facetime is only available on ios and mac. So it wouldn t be fair for the other apps for the comparison so all these apps that is what s app duo facebook messaging app and also the skype is available across ios and android so it would be a fair comparison. And that s why i m doing it so sit back and enjoy so first of all let s go ahead and have a look at the whatsapp video calling.
Which has been introduced just the last week. So as you can see now when you press. The call button you have two options. One is the voice call and the other one is video call.
So. Here is the video calling feature. And you also have the access to the rear camera. Which is a good feature.
I am calling my friend over here. I hope he picks up and he does so as you can see i am connected to a bsnl wi fi that is bsnl broadband wi fi. Which is not fast enough. It is just 2 mbps and still the quality is pretty good you can see it is a low light condition over there.
But still the quality is good and the autofocus etc. Is also very good now this feature is really amazing on whatsapp and i am really glad that whatsapp introduced vida calling into its app. Because it was well awaited recently that is almost a year ago. What s had introduced voice calling and here after the introducing video calling so now we know what whatsapp has in mind.
It is trying to combine all the features into one app. And that is really great to have whatsapp is the most widely used with messenger. All over the world and now it has video calling. Which is decent enough in fact.
It is better than skype. Now skype is the oldest we recording app and whatsapp is really better than that so yeah as i said earlier. I am getting whatsapp s point. That you should have all the features into one app.
And i am really loving it so well done whatsapp so next up let s go ahead and have a look at the google do over this app. Is also very new here. The google duo let me go ahead and call the same friend again hope. She picks up again and here we go now as you can see the connection time is a little bit more than whatsapp.
But that s okay. It is still very fast now here we go in the starting to have this problem. That the video is really really blurry. But as and when time progresses.
The video gets better and in fact it gets better than whatsapp also so as you can see here. The image is much more clear than the whatsapp version and even on a slow wi fi. It works really good the only problem with the duo app is that the sound quality isn t that great and it does not have messaging feature. So if you want to message that person.
While your video calling the person. Then you cannot do that and also it does not have conference. Calling. So that is another feature that is missing on google duo.
But overall. It is a pretty basic app. It will give you video calling just one feature nothing else and it will give you a great waving app. So if you only want video calling from your app.
Then google..
Do is the one it will give you only one feature and nothing else so let s go ahead and have a look at skype. Now as you can see. Skype is the oldest video calling app. Let me connect to the same friend.
Again. Connecting as you can see the connection time is way more than whatsapp and duo. So that is a bit of a letdown. It is ringing and finally it is connected if you check yeah here is the video now now as you can see the video is very very dark.
It doesn t do good in low light conditions. That is skype app. And i don t think that it is fully optimized for phone has appeared on laptop skype vocal works really well but on your phone. It just does not work well and also as you can see i am trying to change this to my rear camera and it s just not happening also the video is stuck right now you can say i cannot see the other other person s video.
And there are a lot of problem with the skype app. That s why i don t like this app. But the only best thing about this app is that you can do conference calls so if you press. The three dots that are available at at the bottom booth.
There you can add people to your column. So that is a good feature to have adding people in a call and doing conference video. Calling. It is really great.
It is available in the google hangout app. As well. But nobody uses hangouts people do use skype. So as you can see you can add people over here.
And as i said earlier. It is a great feature and that is only and that is the best feature available with skype. But nothing nothing else. It is slow and also the video quality isn t that great.
But yeah having the conference feature is really good so let s go ahead and have a look at the facebook video calling right now. It s not happening and here. We go. It s connecting calling the same friend again and it is connected the connection time is really quick.
I must say yeah as you can see the quality is exactly like the whatsapp and duo. It is somewhere in between whatsapp and do the autofocus and loaded conditions are good. But it isn t that great. But yeah my wi fi is in that fast so.
It is doing a really great job like the duo and what self. It is surely better than the skype. So as far as the final word. It goes.
If you want great video quality. Then it should go ahead for the google tool. But if you want all those features that means messaging as well as video calling voice. Calling everything.
Then whatsapp is the one for you everybody uses whatsapp. And it has been optimized really well and people are loving. It the people who at whatsapp at mean the developers are trying really hard to include all the features into one app. And that is kind of a great thing to have so as i said earlier.
If you want those messaging. Features along with video calling then it would definitely go ahead and use whatsapp. But if you want to do a conference video call. Then you have no option.

We have whimsicott everything is kind of just like better than sableye be honest. So sableye was kind of just like in this weird tear tear of where he s like i m good. But i m not better than any of the other options you know like we have quashed. Though.
Which is really cool and like louis was really good. But it s just it s dots are so mediocre. And it s just a mediocre pokemon. Honestly it s good like it has it s good usages.
I mean it won it was a the team that won boku matt like one was that december or january. That s really good like it was on the team that won a three hundred plus person event. So it s it s definitely good it s obviously good. But it s only good i feel like i want to are synergies.
So we have muds dale so month month. Still this was on that bochum team like the sableye. But mud sale well was being is good you know you like make cards week and then mods dale. Just like makes you guys you re guys bigger with max steel spiking in max quake and then if only we still got swagger.
I m pretty sure sableye got swagger before i might be wrong with that but we don t get swagger this gen. And swagger monster would be so powerful with with save radicals and you d have quashed at the end and quash is really good a slow pokemon sorry i talked about how good quash would be with charizard. But quash is even better with mods dale. Since you can kill fast things without letting them attack.
So you could like quash something like a drag a bolt. And then just go in with um with a max quick and just kill it and that s really really powerful. And then same with the charizard that s like kind of this energy with charizard being sunny day in quash. This is really good and of course.
We ll there is good and fake outs like solid as well being able to like fake something out that like fake out like whimsicott and then max airstream. It with the charizard you re then faster you denied there tailwind and it s just in a really good position and just like that you re just like oh. We got them we got them we get man down we got the whimsicott we got them yeah. That s what it s pretty good and then our last.
One is excadrill like just willis was really really just solidly inside in general and then we have fit fake out as well. It s just good option. So we can we ll wisp make things little and then max quake. Slash max steel spike that s kind of like the same from the mods dale but then we also still have quash which is really good and i just like i like watch a lot.
I think is really good anyway. I want to our speed tiers here. So none of these are really like like good you know we re pretty slow. We hit 70 which is slower than things likes crafty slower than uninvested jellison.
Go aryans are wheezing and grim snarl. All of these pokemon are famously like not very fast so kind of sucks that we re hit such a slow speeds. Here we can definitely run trick room or something on our team so that like after they killed the charizard or a wild mud snails out just chillin setting up trick room is really powerful and then you can quash things that are slower than you like like say your opponent runs a conical door and you set up trick room you can quash that conquer door and then kill it with something and then you re just like in the in the clearing. It s really good and then maybe q will always have speed us even if it s hindering like if it s men s speed.
It hits 90 things that we out speed initially its hit button. This is really good like being uninvested sometimes i ll be hindering. But it ll usually just mean uninvested. We don t see hip for that like we don t see it that much though and then conquered or we usually want speed.
Although a lot of conquered or run a little bit of speed so that undertale win they can help speed things like pteranodon and and just like killed or how it on so comfortable. Or is gonna out speed us a lot of the time as well. But like you know the question was we have what priority so those wild speed. Obviously.

So conical door is like not that good against us and then gotha tell hindering nature at 63 gotha tells like usually gonna be hindering because it s gonna set trick room. And it like wants to be at that low speed. So we ll be out speed and gotha tell a lot all the time. But a lot of lot gotha toe would just like run the in prison and be like faster like just not not mincemeat.
But like not have much speed. So we made get out sped by kuhf to tell a lot of the time to onto our dynamat or onto our damage. Chunks. So i don t have many of these and they re all kind of just like we live or we die.

This is gonna be pretty brief as well so dynomax told us with air stream into us. It s 63 to 74 percent. The same as a max starfall. Hitting 63 to 74 percent with rosalee so if we have rosalee then we like don t die to anything that a tokyo kids can possibly do.
Which is really good and we could like wash. It and then try to kill with something else. But if it s weakness policy offensive. Then it will kill us and i like that attack with the air stream or the max our fall so keep that in mind.
But yeah you could like you can live an attack from that and then like use another priority attack potentially and it s just like not a great match up though regardless and even if it s not offensive. It s dazzling gleam is annoying so if something else attacks you and then uses dazzlingly rather than the turkish uses dazzling gleam. Then that like kind of sucks. Too.
Then we have dynomax like max. Speed. Or max. Attack.
Rhyperior max. Quick into us we guaranteed. I 101 to 120 percent one percent. However we are faster so if trick room isn t set we out speed.
It and we also have priority willis. So we can like just have that damage so we live a guaranteed from our ipiria. Which is good so good will wisp. It and then quash it and the next turn and then we get to attack it like twice even under trick room.
We can just attack it with our partner pokemon twice. Which is really really good and then for our next pokemon. We have muds dale dynamaxx. This is without swagger boost.
It has a 68 percent chance to oh coast with the max quake. However if it is so our ger boosted like we re we re super dead. And then foul play after swagger boost after dynomax doesn t even kill we. Only had 84 to 99 percent.
So like honestly save light doesn t do everything really really well it doesn t like it doesn t foul play kill big. Things that will like we hit 84 to 99 percent after dynomax after is a little boy again. But if it s maxed. We hit like 40.
What is it like 42 to 50 like we don t do enough. We don t do nearly enough. Which is just unfortunate next. We have our single spotlight single spotlight.
I don t it s not very good in signals. So i m just like gonna keep this brief you d play it bulky you know leftovers prankster and then you use moves like the taunt willis. Recover knock off you have recover and leftovers to heal up. But he s really really fragile so you know he dies pretty easily you can will wisp and then you only take like a little bit of like hot you take half damage then from like physical threats and then you can recover and knock off and taunt and this pokemon.
It s like it does stuff. It s good. But it like i said like before other things just do better you know so it s not really worth a slot. Unless you really like it or if it really works for your team.
And unfortunately. I don t really have any synergies right off like off off my head. But i do like this pokemon even in singles. I think it s cool and you can definitely make it work.
But it is low tier and that s really all i gotta say for it and for our investments. We here we have just max hp and max defense with willis with prankster will wisp and max offense. We can live a bunch of attacks and then recover in the knockoff and that s kind of just in the name of the game. It s like i i wish it had a good pivot attack maybe.
It has like u. Turn or something. I don t think. It does we can see u.
Turn no it doesn t it doesn t have any pivot..
It would be cool. If you could like knock off and then like recover and then just pivot out would be actually pretty solid. Then. But we don t have it so save lives pretty low tier in this gen.
I m not gonna lie. I love sableye. He s one of my favorite pokemon of all time probably my favorite pokemon of all time. I just love his design.
I loved him when i was a kid. I thought he was like super rare like i called him and i caught him with a premier ball so like i actually had a story in emerald emerald. Was one of the like my favorite games of all time like ever out of any category of gaming. I loved it i loved emerald and i got it and then i went into that the cave.
The cave. One duford town and like where you meet steven you know what i m saying. And i saw sableye and then i lot like i couldn t find it i i like ran away alright. I didn t run away.
I think i killed it or something and then i ran around trying to find it for like an hour and then i finally found another one and i used my last ball. I like i couldn t catch it for like ten balls. And i used my last ball. A premier ball i remember this cuz.
It wasn t a premier ball and i caught it and i was so happy i was so happy i was like i found i couldn t find this guy for like an hour. It was so it was so cool i caught i caught that say boy i used that entire game that was my first run through of emerald. I remember this cuz sable. I was like so cool.
He s always been one of my favorite because of that right now only because of that i love his design. I love him pranksters awesome. But yeah i thought that was i thought that was insane so i wanted to share that cute little story anyway. That s going to be it for today.
