Well, it’s almost 2018, and this video gets more dislikes than likes anymore. Judging by the comments, this fix doesn’t work anymore, and this video is therefore outdated. I’ve changed the video title to reflect this. The game has received numerous patches since I have published this video, and I honestly haven’t played it for at least a year. Glad I could help some folks earlier on, though.

Okay, so as of two weeks ago, this fix is still valid for some people. I wasn’t sure due to the majority of comments saying otherwise. I apologize, but I can’t help people on a case-by-case basis. This is simply a video showing a possible (but not certain) solution.
September 20th, 2016 Update:
When I first posted this video, it seemed to help a lot of people. Lately, though, more people than not seem to be saying it doesn’t work for them. I suspect there may have been a patch or something in the seven-month span from then to now rendering this method ineffective.You can try it, but no guarantees.

I recommend starting a live chat as that is how I was helped originally. This can be found (on the American page, at least) near the bottom of the page as a blue button labelled “contact customer support.” They have translations for thirteen European languages localized in popular dialects, as well as support in Japanese and Arabic.
